Like Being In A Wheelchair Someone in a wheelchair once said to me, "And I thought I was disabled." After a short conversation, I learned she meant that even though I could walk unaided, having P was just like being in a wheelchair to the unflaked brethren of our communities. ***** Ed's Response: Having had a very dear friend who was wheelchair-bound for many years (see link below), I can appreciate the sentiment your acquaintance was expressing. It is true that some people respond to flakers as they do people with other disabilities. I love to whack the bejeezus out of them on the volleyball court (while spewing flakes all over their Reboks, of course). -Ed Click here
