Help
for ‘Severe Dandruff’ from Aveda and Saini Herb Hello:
I have visited your website many times but never posted.
I do not have psoriasis but I do have an extremely flaky scalp and
it had been that way for years. I
finally found a regimen that has cleared it up.
I use Aveda “all
sensitive” shampoo and have recently ordered a product called Saini
Herb. I was hesitant to post
because you might think I am working for the company that makes this
product. They say it is good
for hair loss and dandruff. I
don’t know how good it is for hair loss, but in the two weeks I have
been using it, it has done wonders for my dandruff. It
has cleared my dandruff. My
scalp still itches a little but it doesn’t flake.
I just wanted to let you and whoever else know.
I
ordered a “free” sample — they charge about $11 for shipping but it
was worth it for me. I hope
you find this information helpful and if you do order please let me know
what you think. I am the only
person I know who has ever used it so I’d be curious to see if it works
for just me or others too. I
only use it once a day and I dilute it with water.
It itself is watery but I use about a 50/50 ratio of water to
product. Anyway, hope this
helps. You can check out the
website at http://www.sainiherb.com.
-Mike ***** Ed’s Response: Thanks for the tips, Mike. The Aveda All-Sensitive Shampoo is described as a non-allergenic product with “three extremely mild cleansing agents from coconut” at Aveda.com (link above). Among the ingredients listed at SainiHerb.com (link above) is camphor, which may help reduce itching. I’d be interested in hearing from any psoriatics who have tried these products. -Ed www.flakehq.com |
