Alternative Treatment Diarists Wanted

Hello.  I must start by saying that I love the site.  I am in my mid 20s and about 90% of my body is covered by Psoriasis.

Currently, I am fed up with the conventional treatments, so I decided to look into the "alternative" methods that are around; e.g., diet, supplements, salt baths, etc.  I made a list of dos and don'ts and I'm now sticking to it and keeping a diary to record the effect on my skin.  I would like other psoriasis suffers to join me in doing this diary keeping — as a study.  My aim is then to compare notes with people after they stick to whatever regime they've chosen for a period of time.
